Using their existing software libraries I bet they could easily make a portable touch screen unit comparable to netbooks. The hardware will hopefully be newer, but at the least a larger body would allow for better heat dissipation, meaning they will probably clock the components at higher speeds. As an Apple newbie I know very little about their current hardware, however I'd love to be able to take some bluetooth headphones with me, put it in my jacket and stream music, lectures, or listen to an ebook while I am on the go. They will probably have something to do read ebooks right? Kindle2 does it already. I would not be at all surprised if it surpasses the functionality of Kindle2 in leaps and bounds.
