Yes, Leopard, iPhone and MobileMe all had problems, and all were quickly fixed. Microsoft is still working on fixing their problems with Vista, and that was after 5 years of development and nearly two years to the day of wide release. I am NOT an Apple fan boy (I don't even own a Mac), but Microsoft blew Vista, badly, and they expected the world to just go, "Oh well, it's Windows, we have to have it".

No, no we really don't.

While Apple has every right to poke fun at its competitors they shouldn't make up stuff. Vista had problems at launch, and by the way so did Leopard and the iPhone (also MobileMe). Microsoft has been working to resolve the problems with Vista and they are largely fixed. Just like Apple had been fixing all the issue with Leopard and the iPhone. Microsoft spent 300 million on ads, how much does apple spend? At least the Microsoft ads were positive ads.
